Hope someone can help me here. I have a HP Laptop info below and just recently had to do a re-format as I was having a problem somewhere. Now before I did this the system was running on the New windows version from the 18 version. I have tried doing the trouble shooter but that has not done any good. At the moment it seems to have locked up in getting these 2 updates.
